The official website for the anime adaptation of “Vermeil in Gold” (jap.: “Kinsou no Vermeil”) announced that it will air on Japanese television starting July 5, 2022. You can check out a new trailer along with a visual further down in the article.
Vermeil in Gold anime being created by Staple Entertainment
“Vermeil in Gold” is being created under the direction of director Takashi Naoya (“Val x Love”) at studio Staple Entertainment. Tatsuya Takahashi (“World’s End Harem”) is handling series composition, while Kiyoshi Tateishi (“Gekidol”) is responsible for character design.
The new video introduces the opening song titled “Abracada-Bo,” which is sung by Kaori Ishihara, who voices the role of Sharol Iridescence in the series. We’ve tabulated the rest of the Japanese voice cast known so far for you below.
The anime adapts the manga of the same name by Kouta Amana and Youko Umezu, which has been published in “Shounen Gangan” magazine since August 2018. Publisher Square Enix has so far published five volumes in Japanese stores. A sixth volume will be released on June 10, 2022.

Vermeil in Gold: Storyline
Alto Goldfield is a student at a magical academy and in danger of failing his summoning magic course and having to repeat the year all over again. However, he finds an old book, following its instructions he draws a magic circle and summons the demoness Vermeil, who was sealed away long ago. Alto appoints her as his confidante, but she needs magical energy now and then, which she receives from Alto through a heartfelt kiss.
