On the Twitter account of the anime series “Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!” (jap.: “Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!”) it was announced that the second season will be aired on Japanese TV from October 1, 2022. You can find a new visual about it further down in this article.
Uzaki-chan Season 2 is being made at Studio ENGI
The second season, titled “Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! W” will once again be directed by Kazuya Miura and produced by Studio ENGI. Takashi Aoshima will again handle series composition, while Manabu Kurihara will be responsible for character design.
New additions to the Japanese voice cast will include Tomokazu Sugita (Kyon in “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya“) as Shiro Sakurai, and Miki Itou (Miyo Takano in “Higurashi no Naku Koro ni“) in the role of character Haruko Sakurai.
The twelve-part first season is available in Japan in the original Japanese language with English subtitles on Crunchyroll.
