Shogakukan today announced that the spin-off manga Detective Conan: Hanzawa the Criminal and Detective Conan: Zero’s Teatime will each receive an anime adaptation. You can watch a teaser for the announcement as well as a visual later in this article.

The comedy manga “Detective Conan: Hanzawa the Criminal” by Mayuko Kanba, which deals with the black-clad “criminal” of the main series, who portrays the “mysterious perpetrator”, has been published in “Shounen Sunday S” magazine since May 2017. So far, five volumes have been published in Japan. A sixth volume is planned for October 18, 2021.
The spin-off “Detective Conan: Zero’s Teatime” by Takahiro Arai, which revolves around the character Zero, has been published in “Shounen Sunday” magazine since May 2018. So far, the series has produced four volumes.
