On the Twitter account of the anime adaptation of the manga series “The Demon Girl Next Door” (jap.: “Machikado Mazoku”), it was announced that the second season will air on Japanese television starting in 2022.
The Demon Girl Next Door Season 2 Release Date
The first season of “The Demon Girl Next Door” was created under the direction of director Hiroaki Sakurai (“The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.”) at Studio J.C.Staff (Sing a Bit of Harmony, Requiem Of The Rose King, A Certain Scientific Railgun, DanMachi & The Duke of Death and His Maid). Keiichirou Oochi (“The Quintessential Quintuplets”) wrote the script, while Mai Ootsuka (“Non Non Biyori”) contributed to the character design and Miki Sakurai (“Adachi and Shimamura”) composed the music.
The Demon Girl Next Door Season 2 anime will release in April 2022. Currently, we don’t have a specific date We will update this section when we get more information.
The twelve episodes aired on Japanese television between July and September 2019. The streaming provider HIDIVE offers the series in this country with English subtitles on demand.
The anime adapts the comedy manga of the same name by Izumo Ito, which has already been published in “Manga Time Kirara Carat” magazine since June 2014. The publisher Houbunsha has so far released six volumes in Japanese stores.
