Written by taro Tatsunoko, this light novel was published until April 2015 with a total of 12 volumes. After that, there are double manga adaptations written by Rio Nanamomo and Anri Sakano. Later on, there are anime adaptations that debuted in January 2013 with only ten episodes and ended in March in the same year. With that being said, are there sequels?

Three children, Sakamaki Izayoi, Kudou Asuka, and Kasukabe You, live boring lives because they possess unmatched psychic powers. One day, they receive an envelope that transports them to Little Garden, a place of supernatural powers called Gifts. In there, the residents use Gifts to play high-stakes games known as Gift Games so as to earn wealth and prestige for their communities. So, the three children join the fallen No Name community and resolve to help it regain its prosperity. As they learn more about Little Garden, they decide to overthrow the tyrannical Demon Lords.

For more than eight years, the fans have been looking for any update on the future of the anime series. However, we still didn’t get it. Diomedea Animation Studio, which produced the debut season of the anime, is still silent about the next chapter of the anime. The studio hasn’t revealed anything about the anime’s fate. The author of the light novel series is also quiet about it. Therefore, it makes it harder for us anime lovers to put more hope for the next season.

The authors have released the light novel and manga series in two parts. Its first part of the light novel has twelve volumes, whereas its second part has eight volumes so far. Currently, the light novel series has a total of 20 volumes. The first anime series has four volumes and the other manga has three volumes.

The debut season of the anime has only adapted the initial volumes of the light novel series. Therefore, Diomedea studio has more than enough source material to create the most-awaited second season. They can even create the third and the fourth season after Problem Children Are Coming From Another World Aren’t They Season 2 with that much source material.

Despite having enough source material, the makers are yet to release the second season of the anime series. The makers produced the anime series with the main purpose of promoting its source material and they even became successful in that. But, some fans already believed that the show is canceled, while some are still in the hope that it will return.

It seems like they had no intention of expanding the anime after its first season right from the beginning. The fans have signed several petitions for the second season, but it does not have any effect on the makers. So, it is likely that Problem Children Are Coming From Another World Aren’t They Season 2 is not on the positive side, and the fans will never see the return of this anime. We need to prepared for the cancellation at anytime
