Amazon Prime Video is stocking up its anime catalog: After “DanMachi: Sword Oratoria” was not available on the platform for a short time, the streaming service now included the anime series in its program again with an English language edition.
DanMachi: Sword Oratoria
The twelve-part spin-off was directed by Youhei Suzuki (“Kiyo in Kyoto”) at Studio J.C.Staff. Hideki Shirane (“Monster Girl Doctor“) handled series composition, while Shigeki Kimoto (“DanMachi II”) was responsible for character design.
“DanMachi: Sword Oratoria” aired on Japanese television from April to July during the spring 2017 season and has been released in this country by publisher Anime House in four volumes on DVD and Blu-ray with English and Japanese language editions.
The anime adapts the light novel of the same name penned by Fujino Omori, which has been released in Japanese stores since January 2014 with illustrations by Kiyotaka Haimura. The spin-off focuses on the character Aiz Wallenstein from the main series.
