News about the “Demon Slayer” anime teased

The official website for the anime adaptation of “Demon Slayer” (jap: “Kimetsu no Yaiba”) recently announced that new information about the series will be announced during the 25th “Machi Asobi” event, which will take place in Japan on October 15 and 16, 2022.

On October 15, 2022, between 10:10 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Japan time (03:10 a.m. to 04:00 a.m. in Europe), the “Machi Asobi” event will feature a panel on “Demon Slayer,” with Japanese voice actors Tanjirou Kamado and Tengen Uzui in attendance as guests.

Another panel on the anime series is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., while “Demon Slayer – The Movie: Mugen Train” will be screened between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Information on tickets is to be announced at a later date. What new information about the anime we can expect during the event is still unclear.

The anime series “Demon Slayer” currently consists of two seasons and a movie, which aired in Japan between April 2019 and February 2022. A third season adapting the “Swordsmith Village Arc” has already been announced. However, a date has yet to be set.
