Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Announced

The release date for the second season was announced on Twitter on March 22nd. However, to be precise let’s clear the doubt. Well, rather than Mushoku Tensei Season 2, the series will be named Mushoku Tensei Part 2. Because Studio considers Season 2 as Part 2 of Mushoku Tensei, Just like the Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2.

The twelve-part second half, which will again be produced at Studio Bind under the direction of Manabu Okamoto (GAMERS!), who also takes over the series composition, will start on Japanese television on October 3, 2021 and will be shown simultaneously on Crunchyroll with subtitles in a simulcast.

The eleven-part first half of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation was broadcast in Japan between January and March 2021 and accompanied by a Simuldub in English in addition to the OmU simulcast. All episodes are still available in both versions.

The original light novel was written by Rifujin na Magonote and has been published in Japan since January 2014 with illustrations by Sirotaka. A manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa, which was licensed by Panini in this country, has been released in Japanese stores since May 2014.
