During the TOHO Animation 10th Anniversary Event, it was announced that the “Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2″ will air in two consecutive courses (six months at a time). You can check out two new visuals further down in this article.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: Release date in 2023

At this point, all that is known is that the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, which adapts the “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” arc as well as the “Shibuya Incident” arc, will launch during 2023. The contributors and an exact start date have yet to be announced.

The first season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” was directed by Seong-Hu Park at Studio MAPPA and aired in Japan from October 2020 to March 2021. The streaming service Crunchyroll already offers it on demand with English and Japanese language versions.

The prequel film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” has also been available on Crunchyroll since September 21, 2022. The original manga by Gege Akutami has been published in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” magazine since 2018.

Jujutsu Kaisen Storyline:

High school student Yuji is rather unremarkable, but behind his unassuming facade lies a tremendous power. The school’s sports clubs dream of Yuji joining them, but he prefers to hang out with the weirdos from the paranormal club.

One day, the club members get their hands on a sealed, cursed object. When they open the seal, they have no idea what horror they are conjuring up.
