Streaming provider Netflix recently released a teaser for the upcoming second season of South Korean animated series “DOTA: Dragon’s Blood,” revealing that it will be released on the platform in January 2022. You can watch the video below in the article.
Dota: Dragon’s Blood Season 2
The first season of “DOTA: Dragon’s Blood” has been available worldwide on Netflix since March 2021 with English, and Japanese voiceovers, among others. Studio MIR from South Korea, which was previously responsible for various episodes of the Nickelodeon cartoon “The Legend of Korra,” was responsible for the production of the eight-part series.
Ashley Miller (“Thor”) served as screenwriter, showrunner and executive producer on the series, while the co-executive producer position was held by Ryu Ki Hyun. The music was composed by Dino Meneghin (“Teen Wolf”).
“DOTA: Dragon’s Blood” is based on the MOBA game “DOTA 2,” which was first released by Valve on Steam in July 2013 for Windows, macOS and Linux.

The fantasy series tells the story of Davion, a famous dragon knight who has made it his mission to eradicate the Scourge from the face of the world. After encounters with a powerful, ancient Eldworm, as well as the noble princess Mirana, who is on a secret mission, Davion gets involved in events much bigger than he could have ever imagined.
