Demon Slayer Season 2 Release Date

The new trailer reflects both the previous events from the first season of the Shonen hit and the story of the “Mugen Train” arc, which has already been implemented as a feature film and will be adapted again in the second season in seven episodes, and also shows new excerpts from the upcoming “Entertainment District” arc.

The video also introduces the opening and ending songs of the new episodes. LiSA contributes the opening Akeboshi and the ending Shirogane to the Mugen Train arc, while Aimer sings the opening Zankyosanka and the ending Asa ga kuru to the Entertainment District arc.

The first episode of the Mugen Train arc will be released on October 10, 2021 and features a brand new story about Kyojuro Rengoku’s journey to the Mugen train. Episodes 2 to 7 retcount the events from the film, but offer about 70 new scenes as well as new music. The one-hour first episode of the Entertainment District arc will air on December 5, 2021.
