Cowboy Bebop is Released Worldwide on Netflix

The streaming service Netflix announced that it has also secured the original anime before the release of the live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop and will offer it on-demand worldwide from October 21, 2021. You can see a teaser below.

Anime ran in Japan in 1998

The original anime Cowboy Bebop was directed by Shinichirou Watanabe (Terror in Tokyo) at Studio SUNRISE. Keiko Nobumoto (Wolf’s Rain) took over the series composition, while Toshihiro Kawamoto (Eden) contributed the character design.

The 26-part series was broadcast on Japanese television between April 1998 and April 1999. Netflix already had the anime in the program between 2017 and 2019.

The live-action adaptation of the anime classic, directed by Alex Garcia Lopez and Michael Katleman at Tomorrow Studios, will be released on Netflix on November 19, 2021.
