Chainsaw Man Anime First Trailer Released

As part of the MAPPA STAGE 2021, the first trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of the manga series Chainsaw Man was released today, which you can watch below.

Chainsaw Man Release Date

The anime implementation of the Shonen hit Chainsaw Man is produced by studio MAPPA (Attack on Titan: Final Season, Jujutsu Kaisen). Ryuu Nakayama (raison d’etre) directs the film, while Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan: Final Season) writes the screenplay and is responsible for the screenplay. Tatsuya Yoshihara serves as the action director and Makoto Nakazono as the chief director.

The character design is contributed by Kazutaka Sugiyama (Mushoku Tensei). Kensuke Ushio (Japan sinks: 2020) is responsible for the musical accompaniment. Details on the Japanese voice actors and launch date are still pending.

The first part of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s original manga series was published in 97 chapters in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine between December 2018 and December 2020. A second part will soon start in the app Shonen Jump +.
