Blue Giant Film to be Released Next Year
The big screen spin-off is scheduled to hit Japanese cinemas in 2022. However, an exact date has not yet been named. Also still unknown are the contributors to the production. As soon as we learn more details, we will of course inform you about it.
The manga “Blue Giant” comes from the pen of Shinichi Ishizuka and appeared from May 2013 to August 2016 in the “Big Comic” magazine. The series, completed in ten volumes, received two sequels, the first of which was published under the title “Blue Giant Supreme” from September 2016 to April 2020 and was completed in eleven volumes.
The second sequel has been published under the title “Blue Giant Explorer” since May 2020. So far, three volumes have been published in Japan. A fourth volume is planned for October 29, 2021.
Dai Miyamoto, who is in his senior year of high school, plays basketball, works part-time at a gas station and lives alone with his father and little sister. Just your average teenager. For many years, however, he has also been a passionate jazz fan, which is a somewhat unusual hobby for a boy these days.
