Back in March 2020, it was confirmed that the anime adaptation of the shonen manga “Bleach” by Tite Kubo would be continued with the “Quincy Blood War” arc. After a long time of silence about the current status of the project, there is now a first sign of life.
Bleach Anime to Return: New info in December 2021
On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of “Bleach,” it was announced today that there will be new details about the continuation of the anime series during “Jump Festa ’22,” which will be held as a hybrid event on December 18 and 19, 2021.
A panel titled “Super Stage EX BLEACH” is scheduled for December 18, 2021 at 6:00 PM Japanese time (10:00 AM in Europe). What info we can expect at the event has been left open so far. As usual, we will keep you up to date.
The anime adaptation of “Bleach” so far comprises 366 episodes, which were produced by Studio Pierrot (Baby Steps & Twin Star Exorcists) between 2004 and 2012 and aired on Japanese television. The series is released on DVD and Blu-ray as well as video-on-demand.
